Her roles in anime included Samui in Naruto: Shippuuden, Kaolinite in Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon Crystal Season III, and Yoshino Uehara in Gantz.\n\nFrom early spring of 2020, she became ill and took a rest from work. On November 20 of the same year, Yono's Twitter was updated by her family, and it was reported that she had passed away on the 15th of the same month while she was being treated for illness.
