Richard Whalley Anthony Curtis, CBE é um roteirista, diretor e produtor neozelandês naturalizado britânico, mais bem conhecido pelos filmes Notting Hill, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Cavalo de Guerra, About Time e Love Actually e pelas séries de televisão Blackadder e Mr. Bean.
