Her subsequent experience in production management across broadcast documentaries, including Janet Jackson (A&E\u002FLifetime) and Uncharted Adventure (The Weather Channel), has given her a strong understanding of how to deliver ambitious creative content within demanding budgets and schedules.\n\nShe is now focused on moving into directing HETV drama series. Her work occupies bold, character-led spaces, with a sensibility that can speak to both adult and younger audiences without being defined by either.\n\nThrough the Directors UK Inspire Scheme (2024–2025), Nicole was mentored by director Jim Loach and shadowed him on Sky Drama’s Lockerbie: A Search for Truth.
