They have also received two awards for their work, including \"Best Emerging Irish Female Director\" in 2022 from Ireland's IndieCork film festival, as well as successfully crowdfunding $40k for a special short film written and directed by them and funded by Ireland's Art's Council titled, \"Mildly Different\", where a young woman on the autism spectrum struggles to feel accepted until the kindness of one person changes her life.
