Biographie

Rei Igarashi (五十嵐麗) is a Japanese voice actress born on January 9, 1963, in Fuchu, Tokyo. Her cool, restrained delivery suits mature women with complicated loyalties, and her range runs from stern mothers to icy antagonists and faintly neurotic supporting parts. Her best-known role is Precia Testarossa in the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, a grief-stricken, obsessive mother whose choices destroy her; she later reprised the part in Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha: The Movie 1st.
